About Me
Gosteloa Spancer is a London-based South Asian screen and stage actor with nearly a decade of professional experience in Singapore’s film, television, and theatre.

He has led multiple English and Tamil projects, most notably the hit Mediacorp Vasantham drama NAAM (Seasons 1 & 2), the channel’s most-watched series with over a million online views and now streaming on Netflix. His performance in the short film Dark Light earned international recognition, including Second Place at Zee Tamil India, selection for the Viddsee Juree Awards, and Best Actor at the NYFA 7th Film Awards. Gosteloa also fronted the travelogue "Streets Like This" for Channel News Asia, which was later broadcast across Discovery Asia, HBO Max Asia, and Singapore Airlines’ in-flight programming.

On stage, his lead role in Checkpoint Theatre’s critically acclaimed Brown Boys Don’t Tell Jokes marked a defining moment in his theatrical career. Since relocating to the UK, he has played the lead in Ocean’s Apart, a powerful new work exploring South Asian migration.

A graduate of the Royal Central School of Speech & Drama (MA Acting), Gosteloa brings a nuanced physical vocabulary to his work, supported by training in stunts, fight choreography, and movement - making him especially suited to complex, intelligent roles that require emotional depth and physical storytelling. He has also directed two short films slated for release in 2026.

Gosteloa is passionate about character-driven screen work, contemporary drama, and elevated genre projects, with a particular interest in stories that champion underrepresented voices on an international stage.
